Just a reminder that tonight we will be conducting our delegate selection for the 4/17 convention. The meeting is at 7 pm at the GAR Hall, 353 Country Way. Gubernatorial candidates CHARLIE BAKER and CHRISTY MIHOS will be present at the start of our meeting, as well as SEN. HEDLUND.
Being a delegate is very important becasue the Delegates determine who will be the endorsed candidates of the Mass. Republican Party for the ensuing State primary, and will have exclusive claim to such status for campain and fundraising purposes. This is for statewide offices from Gubernatorial, LT. Gov, Treasurer, Auditor, Atty General, and Secretaryof the Commonwealth.
The convention is on Saturday April 17th in Worcester. Most choose to arrive on Fri to attend the various parties and events at the hotel on the eve of the convention. Some choose to arrive the morning of the convention. All info of hotels etc will be provided to the elected delegates.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU CAN NOT BE AT THE MEETING AND WOULD LIKE TO BE A DELEGATE. That way I can have your name on the list to be voted on.
